David Wilson is the field director for Worldwide Proclamation (WP), the Overseas Ministries Branch of Open Air Campaigners (OAC) International. With his wife, Elaine (now deceased), David has served with OAC for over five decades. The goal of WP is “to open new branches with national evangelists in developing countries to reach the unreached with the gospel.” Their current locations include Africa, Russia, Ukraine, South America, the Caribbean, and South Asia. In 2025, David already has visited Kenya and Ecuador, and, as of this writing, plans to visit Bolivia in April. His Kenya visit, for example, found him preaching in a church and schools, as well showing the Jesus film in an open-air setting.
